Simple Valentine
Posted on: Friday, January 29th, 2010Today has certainly been a busy day, but then most days are so. I wanted to try out a simple card today, something which does not always come easily to me. So I went and browsed around the Internet, and came up with a really simple design that I liked by Nichole Heady. She has a really lovely simple yet elegant style. Since I am not allowed to put a direct link to the card, I placed a picture to show you the card that I meant. I just changed some little things, but definitely stayed with the same feel.
I really like the idea of having the punches of color on a White Backdrop. So I hope you enjoy today’s post and I will see you all again next week.

This is so simple it is stunning. After looking at many (and creating some lately, too) multi-layered cards it is very refreshing to see a clean and simple card. It looks easy to do and the rounded corners give it a special classiness.

This looks great. I didn’t give that background stamp a second look, but you could create ANY polka dot paper with all the colors- and DOTS are SO IN right now!!! Thanks again Sophia!
