New Desktop Calendar Easel Tutorial & Easter Blossoms Class Now Available and a Blog Give-Away
Posted on: Tuesday, January 25th, 2011Well, I’m officially the “last man standing” in my family. As I mentioned in an earlier post, we’ve had flu running through our house – it’s now hit each of the kids one after the other, and today, my husband. Thankfully I feel fine, and I’m praying it stays that way as Thursday morning I’m heading off to CHA! I am beyond excited about this. For the last number of years as I’ve perused the blogs of people that have gone, I’ve wished I could go too. This year, my wish has come true! I’ll be gone from Thursday until Tuesday.
Today I wanted to share with you a couple of new tutorials I have available. I’ll be giving away BOTH to 5 lucky winners. Here are the details:
Desktop Calendar Easel Box
Yep! We came up with our own version of the Desktop Calendar Easel Box. Although similar in design to others you may have seen, ours is by far the largest! Based on our own template design, this box is 5 7/8″ x 6″. The calendar templates are also our own design & their finished size is 4 7/8″ x 5 1/8″.
For $12.95 CAN you can purchase a digital tutorial kit which includes:
- a pdf handout with a picture, supply list, dimensions, template and step-by-step written directions
- 2011 Calendar templates
- access to a private video web page from which you can view the video on how this project was made and decorated.
To purchase this tutorial please click HERE. If you are a member of Paper Crafter’s Library then this tutorial is FREE to you and can be found in the Video Library under 3D items. Not a Paper Crafter’s Library member? Until January 31st you can take advantage of our Charter Member price of only $14.95 a month. After Jan. 31st, the price will be going up to $19.95 a month. You are not locked into any term and can cancel at any time. So really, for only $2 more than the cost of this tutorial, you can get a membership to a site filled with project, technique and tool videos! For more details about membership please visit www.papercrafterslibrary.com.
Easter Blossoms Stamp Class By Email and Class Planner
The beautiful spring blossoms on the Springtime Vintage DP are an amazing backdrop for these four lovely cards! Add in the color blocking technique and you have a match made in heaven! The co-ordinating two-pocket portfolio will bring the whole set together in a stunning spring-time gift set!
As I do each month, I am offering two versions – a Stamp Class by Email version which is a step-by-step photo tutorial with over 70 full color photos, full supply list, a cutting guide and template for the box. The Class Planner version for Stampin’ Up! demonstrators includes the Stamp Class by Email tutorial (called the Class to Go Handout) as well as all the additional materials you need to offer it as a class to your own customers. Don’t have the time or space to offer traditional classes? Why not offer it as a kit to go? OR, did you know that you can use the Class to Go Handout as a purchasing incentive to your customers? When they place a $50 or more order of Stampin’ Up! product from YOU, you can give them this fabulous tutorial for free? But wait….there’s more….
Did you also know that this month I’m continuing on with the new video feature? As part of either the Stamp Class by Email AND the Class Planner you receive access to a private web page with a video showing you how to make the box from start to finish. When you order the Class Planner version, you also receive the video embed code so that you can embed the video on your own blog and offer it as a bonus to your customers which took the class or received the tutorial as a gift with purchase?
There are so many different ways that demonstrators use my planners, yet regardless of which way they choose to use it, the one thing I hear over and over again is what a benefit they have been to their business. Are you interested in adding more to your business? You can purchase the class planner HERE.
If you are not a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, but you’d like to learn how to make these projects then you can purchase the Stamp Class by Email version HERE. *Please note, class planners and Stamp Classes by Email are totally separate from Paper Crafter’s Library*
And now for a give-away! On Wednesday, February 2nd, 5 lucky winners will receive the Desktop Calendar Easel Tutorial AND the Easter Blossoms Tutorial. All you have to do to enter is leave a comment in the comments section of this post. If you’ve never left a comment before all you have to do is to click on the title of the post, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your comment in the comment box. Sometimes comments may take a little while to appear.

Hi Andrea! I’ve always admired your work and love all your class planners. I myself have missed the planners you offered with the Simply Scrappin’ Kits that made tons of cards that went in a clear box. These were great to offer to my customers as a Class To Go where I cut and packaged the supplies very easily and sent it all to my customers to do at home on their own. I also would prefer an extra card in the planners rather than a special box designed to hold it all. My customers are usually just not interested in the box and say they’d prefer an extra card. Just some feedback for you! Thanks for all you do!
January 27th, 2011 at 2:58 pm
