Archive for Online Classes

We had so much fun doing our “A Touch of Romance” Online Class, and getting to meet so many of you.  Because everything went so well we have decided to make it a regular monthly feature!  We are so excited about this because this allows us the opportunity to show you the truly unique, fun and more intricate projects we love to make which are too time consuming to share on the blog, and too hard to show through pdf alone. So if you are looking for a fun, community-oriented and welcoming classroom environment, then you have come to the right place!  So what can you expect?

From February 15th – 19th, we will be running our March Break Madness online class!  We all know that very soon March Break will be here, and our dear sweet children will be lolling around the house, bored out of their minds and looking to us to entertain them. We know what we’re going to do…..do you?  How about using this opportunity to spend some one on one time,  and doing some fantastic kid-oriented projects with them?  This February we are offering 5 totally new, totally unique, and totally inspiring projects that you can do WITH your children, or simply for children (if you don’t have any kids of your own). What can you expect?  Each class includes:

  • Step-by-Step videos of each and every project (these videos are TRULY detailed and step-by-step – the typical video length of the videos for the Valentine’s online class were about 30 min. long)
  • PDF handout of each project
  • New forums each day to offer alternatives and different applications for each project
  • One on one chat time with both of us so that we can answer any questions which you might have
  • Galleries to upload and share your work with others
  • Contest and chance to win your next class completely free
  • Warm and friendly community atmosphere where you can meet others with similar interests.

And if this isn’t enough, we promise that the projects will totally thrill you.  We have something to cover all interests.  Such as the exclusive Barnyard Punch Pal Puppet Theatre which your little ones can make with you, and then play with you.  This project will feature 5 farm animals and a puppet theatre, which will be exclusive to the class and not shown on the blog.  But that’s only ONE of the projects you’ll be getting – there will still be four more, equally fabulous projects. Getting curious?  Well then sign up, and take the opportunity to learn some new projects, and have quality time with your children.  You won’t regret it, and neither will they!

Take advantage of our Early Bird Special when you sign up before Tues. Feb 9th).  After that the price will go up to $25.97.

Early Bird Registration: $22.97 CAN (until Tues. Feb. 9th, 11:59 pm)

Don’t miss out!

This Valentine’s Day, give your spouse the priority HE deserves!

Do you remember the days when you used to dream of meeting Mr. Right?  When you fantasized about being in love, getting married and living happily every after?  And how about early on in your relationship when your world revolved around making each other happy? Then the weeks, months & even years started passing and your career took off, kids came along, your household demands increased….life simply got busier. Now you look at your man and feel like “two ships passing in the night”.  You can’t even remember the last time the two of you spent time alone together….

Well, if that’s you, you’re not alone!  That’s why this Valentine’s Day we want to help you rekindle your romance, and deepen your relationship with your spouse.

During the “A Touch of Romance” Online Course, each day for 5 days, we are going to share with you an EXCLUSIVE project which is meant to express your love to your spouse in many different ways.  From the fun, to the romantic, to the adult.  Yup you heard us!  We have projects to run a love campaigne. This year, you’re going to take the romance into your own hands, and show your spouse why he is the most important person in the world to you. You’re going to shower him with affection and attention, and even more importantly, do it with no expectation of return.  See if he doesn’t end this holiday thinking that he has the most amazing woman in the world!

This class will include:
  • 5 unique projects which will be shown for 5 consecutive days.  This will give you plenty of time to gather your materials & make the projects in time for Valentine’s, and not overwhelm you.  Keep in mind however that you don’t HAVE to use the same supplies we do – you can simply use whatever is in your stash!
  • A video tutorial for EACH project.
  • a PDF handout for EACH project.  The pdf will include a picture, full supply list, step-by-step written instructions, and an exclusive template where applicable. That way you’ll be able to print out the tutorial to save in your inspiration binder to refer to again and again.
  • A daily forum.  This class isn’t just about papercrafting – it’s about rekindling your romance & deepening your relationship with your spouse. With each day’s project we’ll give you a different idea for implementing your “love campaigne”, we’ll ask a related question and through the forum, we’ll have the opportunity to share ideas and learn from one another.
  • A project gallery to share your own take on the projects. Part of the creative process of an online class is to take what you learn and make it your own. If you don’t have the supplies we used, simply use whatever you do have.  Then upload your creation to that project’s album.
  • A chat room open 24/7 so that you can chat with whoever is online at the time – we will be hosting 2 live one hour chats at set times during the week.
  • Don’t have the time to make the projects right when we do? No worries! The classroom will remain open for 1 month after the end of the class, so you’ll have plenty of time to watch the videos and download the handouts. That way you stamp when YOU want, WHERE you want.
  • All projects can be altered to use with children also.
Each project in our online course was carefully designed to be unique, and also to  be of a high standard of quality.  Remember our 12 Weeks of Christmas?  Well we’ve kicked it up a notch! Our projects feature unique templates and designs and integrate different techniques that will help you take your relationship & your paper crafting to a whole new level!
