Everyday Elegance Stamp Class by Email and Class Planner Now Available & a Blog Give-Away!
Posted on: Monday, November 16th, 2009
Add a touch of elegance to any occasion with this gorgeous set of black and white cards created using the Bride & Groom Specialty Paper & Stampin’ Up!’s Pretties Kit. In this class you’ll create 8 cards in all (3″ x 6″)– four black cards & four white cards – as well as a unique box to hold them.
When we think about black and white cards, we typically think wedding don’t we? But really, when you stop and think about it, they certainly don’t need to be. That’s why I’m so excited about this month’s stamp class by email/class planner. To create this set of cards I did use the Together Forever stamp set- which is intended for weddings and anniversaries (because I absolutley love the flower image in it) - but I paired it with Fundamental Phrases to create a stunning set of cards that can be used for any occasion. The Bride & Groom Specialty Paper, the beads, pearls and rhinestone brads from the Pretties kit, the Basic Gray Taffeta ribbon and the Whisper White Organza ribbon complement each other beautifully and give the projects such a rich, finished look. Of course the set wouldn’t be complete without a box to hold them it would it?
I create a box perfectly sized to hold the eight 3″ x 6″ cards and their envelopes. The box has two inner pockets as you can see in the picture to the left. The box folds closed and is tied shut by some Whisper White Organza ribbon. There is also a flap that closes over it (as you can see in the picture of the closed box).
There are two versions of this class available for purchase:
As a Stamp Class by Email – this includes a photo tutorial with over 70 photos, full supply list, template & cutting guide. It is available for $22.95 at my Sunny Stampin’ Store.
If you are a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator and want to offer this as a class to your customers then you can purchase the Class Planner version from the Demo to Demo website. For only $2 more (so $24.95 CAN) you get everything in the Stamp Class by Email version AS WELL AS a demonstrator guide with all the information you need to run this as a class (cost analysis, a table to help you figure out how much to order for your class, a shopping guide for your ordering, tips on setting up & running the class, etc). The class planning package also includes a marketing flyer, a summary class handout you can give to the customers that attend the class, and a blog entry. Based on the feedback of hundreds of demonstrators that have been using my class planners in their business for the last few years - it’s WELL worth the money – in the results they see in increased class attendance and increased sales.
Now if you’re a local customer and would like to attend this class and make the projects – I’m offering it on Tues. Jan. 12th. Just bookmark my Classes & Events page for details.
Lastly, I will be giving away 5 of these classes for free. This give-away is open to both demonstrators and non-demonstrators. If your name is drawn then you choose if you want the Stamp Class by Email or Class Planner version. If you would like to be entered in the draw to win then please leave a comment on this post. I will announce the winner on Friday.
Don’t forget also to check out the winners of the workshop planner which are listed in the post below this.

I love the color scheme and how you took one stamp set to represent a total different type of theme. I am so grateful for all of your creativity you share on your blog as it is very helpful for figuring out different ways to use the stamp sets. I am not a very good visual thinker and when I try to start creating I end up not very pleased with the end result because it never seems to match what I had pictured in my head! Keep up the great work-I am a huge fan!
