Simple Friendship Stamp Class by Email now available & a Blog Giveaway!
Posted on: Monday, June 15th, 2009
I never realized how gorgeous the Bella Bleu Designer Paper Collection was until I sat down and started using it. Pairing it with the Simple Friendship stamp set and Very Vanilla, Kraft and Chocolate Chip CS gave my projects a beautiful vintage feel to them. Although these cards are general “Friendship” cards, by changing the greetings you can tailor them to any event or occasion.

Each month I try to design a unique purse, box or portfolio for packaging the cards in – that way you can use the whole set as a wonderful gift for someone. This month is no exception. I really love the way this month’s portfolio turned out – it looks just like a little album from the outside!
When you open it up you see a pocket on the inside front panel which holds your envelopes, and then on the inside back panel there is a little flip book created out of the clear envelopes into which you can slide your cards. Pretty isn’t it? The pictures you see here are a stepped up version of the projects in the tutorial – I’ve added the button to the outside of the album and the jumbo eyelets with ribbon to the inside. These are described as optional in the tutorial.
As I do every month, I’ve put together a Stamp Class by Email which includes a full supply list, cutting instructions, my custom template and over 60 full color step-by-step pictures with instructions on how to create this entire project set. I’ve put this class in my Sunny Stampin’ Store for $22.95 CAN, and if you’re interested you can purchase it HERE.
Are you a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator looking for classes with current product to offer to your customers? I have created a class planner version for Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators which includes all the features listed above, plus additional material to help you offer it it as a class to your own customers – including cost analysis, suggested class pricing, tips for setting up and running your class, advertising pictures, shopping checklist, how to figure out how much to order based on your class size..and more! And it’s only $2 more. You’ll find it listed HERE in my Demo to Demo store for $24.95 CAN. Because it uses current merchandise (everything used in this class is in the new catalog), it’s a great class to hold between now and mid-July while you’re waiting for your new catalog order to arrive.
If you visit either my Sunny Stampin’ Store or my Demo to Demo store you’ll notice that I’ve slashed the prices on just about everything since most every class I have uses one or more products that is retiring and no longer available.
As I do every month, I’ll be giving away this class to 5 lucky winners - if your name is drawn then you will be able to choose either the Stamp Class by Email OR Class Planner version. All you have to do is leave me a comment in the comments section of this post. On Friday, I’ll announce the winners.

June 16th, 2009 at 12:23 pm
I know I could do with winning this gorgeous plan. I buy them for my self use. I don’t hold workshops or act as a demonstrator. I use this to copy exactly to create to make cards sets as gifts for my Bunco friends or to give to the church for their card needs.
I think I need to be around others to help inspire my creativity instead of buying all of these expensive plans because I haven’t been able to actually use them all yet due to me being a full university student. I have found other demonstrators who don’t charge but a few bucks. So I could do with winning
I like your design and the use of the chocolates and vanilla.

As always I love your planners and this one is no exception. I purchased the Hoppy one last week and since I didn’t have any SU kits on hand I went to the local scrapbook store to pick up the embellishments that I needed. I had to make a quick graduation gift for my husband’s boss’ daughter and it turned out great if I do say so myself. She loved it and couldn’t believe that I made it. All the credit goes to you. I just followed the directions. Thanks for helping me out in a pinch:-)
