Memories Your Way: Autumn Double Slider Mini Scrapbook Album
Posted on: Saturday, September 26th, 2009
I’m so excited to share with you all my brand new Memories Your Way Mini Scrapbook Album. Like the Christmas Jingle Album I released last month – this mini scrapbook album has a totally unique construction that you won’t find ANYWHERE. I’m sure many of you have seen the double-slider cards featured various places online. I used the double-slider concept as my “jumping-off” point and came up with a 5-1/2″ x 5 1/2″ album that features THREE double-slider mechanisms! But, it gets better than that! The double-slider mechanisms are double-sided which means you can put photos on the front AND back of the double-slider.

You can see the front panels in the picture above. The empty panel you see to the right is the back of the album. I chose to keep it without photos, although you could put another one if you wanted to. The thing I absolutely LOVE about this album is how many photos you can feature and what a nice big size they are. This album can hold up to 21 photos. The photos on the sliders are 4″ high by 4-1/2″ wide. The beauty of this layout is that it is very customizable – there is plenty of room for both journalling and for photos. To see how the slider mechanism works and to see the rest of the album, check out the video below:
This album is the second in a line of products I’ve called Memories Your Way. When you order the Memories Your Way: Autumn Double Slider Album you receive a completely constructed album which you then embellish YOUR way with the embellishments provided. As with the first Memories Your Way kit, because this is a finished product, this is available for purchase worldwide. As with the first Memories Your Way kit, for the $30 CAN + shipping kit fee, you’ll receive a video tutorial on DVD along with a template and cutting guide that shows you how to make this album from start to finish. That way, once you’ve finished embellishing the album you purchased from me, you can make as many as you want from scratch from whatever you have on hand. New this month, I am offering TWO options: the Autumn Meadow DP with a Really Rust album OR the Autumn Traditions DP with a More Mustard album.
Now before you ask, the Memories Your Way kits will not be sold as pdf files or as separate video tutorials. As many of you know, 99% of the products that I offer in my Sunny Stampin’ Store and at Demo to Demo are in a pdf tutorial format. However, for a lot of reasons that I’m not going to go into right now, I am keeping the Memories Your Way kits in this format only. If you are a paper crafter or Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator that participates in craft fairs, you do have the permission to make and sell finished albums at craft shows or to give as gifts. If you are a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and want to offer this as a traditional, attended class to your customers you are welcome to do so. You may even photocopy and give your class participants the handout provided in your kit. You may not however copy (i.e.”burn”) the DVD and distribute it. In addition, this class cannot be re-sold online as a class kit by mail. Thank you for respecting these limitations.
There are several ordering options available – you can check them out and order your own kit from my Sunny Stampin’ Store. If you’re part of my downline you’ll be receiving the video tutorial for free of course – but you won’t be able to use the free download method you normally use from my store & Demo to Demo site.
Have a great weekend!

Andrea Walford

I just found your website and I am overwhelmed. You have got to be one of the most creative people ever. I have been so inspired today to get into my scrapbook room and work on several card ideas.
This album is fantastic. I’d see it as a great baby brag book for grandparents to take around – how fun. Will have to check out your store for it.

September 29th, 2009 at 11:47 am
This is by far one of the coolest things I have seen … I can’t wait to get mine and then make many, many more. They are perfect for capturing an event or if you want to make something focusing on a particular subject (i.e. the last Bon Jovi tour … LOL) Its a terrific size and gives you the ability to display so many pictures. Woo hoo!
September 30th, 2009 at 3:48 pm
