Easter Bunny Quilt Card & the Winners of the Easter Blooms Class
Posted on: Monday, March 22nd, 2010Well I guess it’s time to ‘fess up….I played hookey from my blog and from work last week. Yup you read that right. Last week was March break (i.e. Spring Break) for our kids, and for the first time ever, I decided that I really didn’t feel like working. Instead, I spent the week doing stuff with the kids. I sure had a lot of fun. Our family life is so busy that I find that I often don’t get the opportunity to spend much time with the 3 older kids because they’re in school full days. When they get home from school it’s homework, dinner, and then they want to play with their friends…before we know it the evening is gone, it’s time for bath and bed. Weekends are typically equally busy, so it was really nice having that time with them.
Today’s card is an Easter-themed card that was inspired by a card I saw in the April 2010 CARDS magazine. You can download a pdf handout on how the card was made HERE. The pdf includes step-by-step written directions with a full supply list.
Okay, and now onto the winners of the Eastern Blooms Class.

I just love the Eastern Blooms stamp set. I don’t seem to use it as often as I should. This class planner really caught my eye. The colors are so amazing. I just love that SU gives us such great colors to work with. Thanks for offering us the chance to win a planner. I sure hope I get picked!!!
If your name was drawn then please email me at andrea@sunnystampin.com. Be sure to put Easter Blooms Winner in the subject line and then in the body of the email let me know if you want the class planner version or the stamp class by email version.

Such a cute card. I love the quilted idea, and the colors that you chose. The sentiment with the Bunny stamped on it is really a neat idea, and I like it placed right in the middle. Thanks for sharing and thanks again for the pdf file. I appreciate you taking the time to make it up for us.
