April Class Planner – Many Masculine Cards – is HERE… some winners & more chances to win!
Posted on: Wednesday, April 15th, 2009
I don’t know about you, but finding the perfect card & gift for a man has always been challenging ….until now. Now you can be ready for any occasion (hint hint….Father’s Day is just around the corner) with this fantastic set of four masculine “fun-fold” cards and briefcase-shaped gift box. Each of these fun-fold cards is based on an original template which I designed - they are not based on or adapted from any ”fun-fold” cards currently floating around on the internet. They are each created out of 1 sheet of DP and folded in such a way as to make them a unique card & gift-card holder-in-one! The wonderful thing about this class is that these same “fun-fold” templates can be adapted to any DP collection and stamp set and personalized for any event or occasion!
If you’re thinking the briefcase looks a bit familiar – you’re right! I adapted the box I designed for my Le Jardin class (you can see it here) to create this briefcase. As you can see from the pictures at the bottom of the post, it is perfect for either holding your cards in, or for filling with treats (or a tie, or a t-shirt, etc.) and giving as a gift.
As is typical I am offering two versions of this class a Stamp Class by Email version and a Class Planner Version. The good news is that BOTH of them are ON SALE until April 30th. Why another sale when we just had the 50% off sale this past weekend? Well, we know that times are really economically challenging right now and we want to do everything we can to help. I’ve priced these classes pretty close to the great deal my class planner and stamp class by email 12 month subscribers get. If you are a monthly planner subscriber, rest assured that you are still getting the best rate and the best value (not to mention some free surprises throughout the year). Please note that this class was emailed out to the 12 month subscribers already so if you are a subscriber and didn’t receive it please email me.
- Stamp Class by Email Version: this version is currently on sale for $19.95 and you can purchase it HERE. This version is intended for personal use – it gives the templates and a step-by-step photo tutorial (as well as a few other features). It is not intended to be used to offer as a class.
- Class Planner Version: this version is currently on sale for $22.95 and you can purchase it HERE. This version is intended for Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators who want to be able to offer this as a class to your customers. In addition to the templates & step-by-step photo tutorial, it also includes everything you need to run it as a class (except the supplies of course): advertising pics, marketing flyer, blog entry, suggestions for running it as a class, cost analysis, suggested class pricing…..and more!
Okay, now on to my favourite part….announcing winners. Remember way back on April 1st when we had the “Comment a Day” contest and we drew 5 winners for all three planners (workshop, scrapbook and class)? Well if you won that draw, then keep your eye on your email as you’ll be receiving this class planner for free over the next few days.
After our “Coment a Day” contest was over, we wanted to keep the comments going so we initiated a “Secret Comment Patrol”. Every person who left a comment on any one of our posts since the “Comment a Day” contest gets a chance to win (the more posts you comment on, the more chances). So, today I’m announcing four “Secret Comment Patrol” winners. Each of the four winners announced below get their choice of ANY class, workskhop OR scrapbook planner (you can see your choices HERE).
What a great idea! I love the card and the idea of a “secret” comment patrol. Way to keep the feedback coming! You are awesome!
Thanks for all the great ideas.

This is great, Andrea . . . always on the lookout for “guy ideas”!! And I also LOVE the card for today . . . getting that old dictionary was a great idea! I had a bunch of old sheet music from my mom’s attic that I tried to sell on ebay and couldn’t – and last Christmas I cut up a bunch of it, to use as “background” on some cards . . . . very similar to your dictionary! Thanks for the beautiful card – as well as the new kit!
