*NEW* Honoring Mothers and Fathers Online Class & a Blog Give-Away

Posted on: Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

What do you do for the most special people in your life?  Do you struggle every year to come up with the perfect gift ideas to express your love and admiration?  This month we have decided to help you prepare things so that when the time comes, you can present the perfect gifts to honor all the mothers and fathers in your life.  Whether it’s your husband, your parents, or simply a special male or female in your life, we now have the perfect ways to say I care for your & I appreciate you.

With projects that range from cards to a mini scrapbook album, to a unique gift idea, we feel that we have covered it all.  And the super great thing is that you are not limited to presenting these gifts to parents or your spouse, any person can benefit from these gift ideas!  Need that perfect male themed card?  Then try it out!  Need that IOU gift for a special service only you can do?  Then please try it out!  We have something for everyone!

The class runs from Monday, March 29th until Friday, April 2nd. Each class includes:

  • 5 unique projects which will be shown for 5 consecutive days
  • A video tutorial for EACH project.
  • a PDF handout for EACH project.  The pdf will include a picture, full supply list, step-by-step written instructions, and an exclusive template where applicable. That way you’ll be able to print out the tutorial to save in your inspiration binder to refer to again and again.
  • *NEW Feature* SVG Files of mini album template. You asked, we delivered.  As a brand new feature this month we are offering the template for the mini album in both a printable pdf format AND an SVG format that you can now cut with your CRICUT.  Please note that you do need to own the Sure Cuts a Lot software in order to use the SVG cut file.
  • A daily forum.
  • A project gallery to share your own take on the projects. Part of the creative process of an online class is to take what you learn and make it your own. If you don’t have the supplies we used, simply use whatever you do have.  Then upload your creation to that project’s album.
  • A chat room open 24/7 so that you can chat with whoever is online at the time – we will be hosting a live one hour chat at some point during the week.
  • Don’t have the time to make the projects right when we do? No worries! Participate as much or as little as you want, but remember that participation is rewarded with the chance to win our next class free!  The classroom will remain open until the end of May, so you’ll have plenty of time to watch the videos and download the handouts. That way you stamp when YOU want, WHERE you want.
  • Use what is in YOUR stash to create these projects.  Although we will be providing you with a supply list of items which WE used to create the projects & we will give you suggested alternates for certain products, we encourage you to work with what you have.

So what are you waiting for?  Treat yourself to a fantastic online experience which is guaranteed to please. We focus on the quality of each and every project so that we are giving you the best value for your dollar.  Join us and see for yourself!

We are giving away one FREE class registration.  In order to enter your name in our draw simply leave us a comment.  We will announce the winner next Wednesday.  If you already registered for the class and you are chosen as the winner then we will either refund you your class fee or you can get the next class free.

Early Bird Fee: $22.97 CAN (until Saturday, March 20th)
Regular Price: $26.97

87

This class looks great and might just be the inspiration I need to get cracking :-)

88

Those of you that still have your mom and dad, give them an extra hug. I usually don’t go to my demos monthly card class the months she makes Mothers Day and Fathers Day cards because mine are both gone. But, I am sure the cards can be adjusted for other occassions. Masculine cards are also hard to make so any ideas are a help there.

89

This looks like a great class. You guys are so amazing.

90

Andrea and Sophia–

Thanks for the amazing inspiration…could you craft a creativity pill for the rest of us? :-) Thanks for all you do!

106

Never done a class on-line, but this looks like a great one! The sample snapshots look great.

107

Once again you have come up with an amazing class, masculine cards are always hard. You have such creative ideas. Great job.

108

Sounds like a great class! You two really keep up with everything new out there – I don’t know how you do it!

109

Oooo, an online class sounds like fun! Masculine ideas is always a task in itself!! Thanks for the opportunity!

110

Your online class looks great. I have bought several other classes
from you and love everything I’ve gotten. Thank you so much
for offering this to us.

111

Wowie Zowie!
You’ve done it again.
Do you ever get any sleep? I don’t see how you can with all of the projects, classes, workshop planners you’re always coming up with.

There is only one thing that bothers me about the pics for your classes Andrea – it’s the fact that you only show such a small portion of what each project is. I’m not complaining too much – it’s just that for some of older folk our eyes aren’t quite as good as once was. It would be nice if we could see the whole pics of the projects.

If your online classes are close to being like your class and workshop planners then these too will be invaluable especially for us SU Demos. You always make it so easy for us demos and I would like to “Thank You” for all of your hard work you put into each and every one that you make available. Because of your hard work – I get to just do the very easy ordering, prep work of the supplies, and then read up on the selling points for my customers.
If you’re a new Demo or one whose been around the block and has seen Andrea’s planners but haven’t tried them yet – Please do yourself a huge favor – invest in her planners. She takes away all of the stress, so that you can have a carefree and FUN event. Isn’t that what being a SU Demo is all about? Showing our love for the products, learning the techniques, and teaching others how to tap into their creative outlets even though many think they can’t do it. We make out investments by buying the products to show and tell and to me Andrea’s planners are another much needed investment to ensure that your events run smoothly, everyone has a good time, and when those two things happen you WILL be getting orders and having many return customers. Please try a planner today!

112

Oh how I would love to win this class! I love it already. You guys are so good at what you do.

113

Another great idea! I saw this on the Facebook link. There are a few comments there, do you add them to your “pot” for drawing? I”m never sure. You might clarify that if you don’t. Just a thought. Keep up the great work!

I always have a tough time with Father’s Day ideas. This would be a great help!

115

I haven’t had the opportunity to take one of your online classes yet and would LOVE to participate : ) This class would definitely help me out b/c I always struggle to find that perfect gift for my dad on Father’s Day and my grandma on mother’s day (my mom passed away 15 years ago). Hopefully you will randomly land on my comment!!!

116

one of these day i will try one of your online classes
